shipping calculator in account settings doesnt work I allocated quantity and now if i used that shipping method, shipping dessapears completely out of the shopping cart

Sorry to hear about about shipping calculator issues in your account. You can customize your PayPal Payments Standard shipping rates based on currency, region, shipping method, and delivery time. I have set all that up in account settings, copy the code when allocating use shipping method in my account settings rather than set specific amount and when i paste the code in my website shipping just disappears. I do everything right and it still don't work. I've called and talked to Tech support for hours and hours and all anyone knows how to do is send me to my account settings. Ive already been there. you can go to elsieskitchen.net to check it out yourself. When you hit the drop down menu for quantity it does not add shipping. When I set the button to use my account settings which I set up for quantity6 not weight it simply doesn't work shipping dissapears altogether2

It seems all available links for the Shipping Calculations are gone. I can no longer control shipping on any of my Buy Now new or already created buttons. Even the Shipping Calculations link from the @PayPal_Bindu  above from 2 months ago goes to a 404. It is unacceptable that I can create a new button still and not control shipping costs. The override is not working either. I have anew button with which I don't want to charge shipping and it is still charging my buyers based on old calculations that I can no longer access. Can we get confirmation on this?

Sorry to know that you're not able to update the shipping costs in your new button. To enable your shipping calculations, you must click Use settings saved in your PayPal profile within each button you have created. Here's how to calculate shipping costs for purchases made on your website:

Go to Account Settings.
Click Shipping under "Products and Services" on the left menu.
Click Update next to "Shipping Calculations."
Click Start under "Set Up Domestic Shipping Methods" or "Set Up International Shipping Methods." If you've already set up shipping methods, you can click Add new shipping method or Add another shipping method.
Select the currency and regions, and then click Continue.
Specify your preferences for shipping method, delivery time, and shipping rate, and then click Continue.
Review your selections, and then click Save Shipping Methods.

If the issue persists, I would suggest you to contact our merchant technical support team to get this solved. You can get help by navigating to MTS page and clicking on "contact support" at the bottom of the page.

How do you get to Products and Services to change default shipping? Your system recently started adding shipping to direct link items that had no_shipping set in the code. Do you have to upgrade to a Business account to find these below? I don't see them on my account page. Thanks, Vic

I have been using PayPal for ten years with buttons that have shipping calculation set. Suddenly, as of yesterday, this has stopped working. Shipping is NOT being calculated. But when I check the shipping calculator settings, it says it is "active." I am receiving multiple orders without the shipping being calculated. When I go to edit the button, there is nothing about shipping anymore. PayPal changed something with the buttons. How do I reconnect my shipping calculator with buttons created a long time ago. I need to send emails out to customers now, requesting they pay shipping. This is a massive headache. Please help.
