I'm a streamer, I just created a Paypal Bussiness account a few months ago and someone wanted to donate money but when they wanted to donate, they said there was a problem they can't donate to me
"the seller can’t accept PayPal payments at this time. please try again later or return to the seller and choose another way to pay."
I tried my best to find out how to resolve this but I can't seem to fix it. does anyone have the same problem as I have, does anyone know how to fix this? Is there something I must change in the setting?
