printing 4x6 shipping labels

I am trying to print 4x6 shipping labels. Previously I have used 8.5x11 sheets with 2 labels.

I have set my profile for portrait printing, but the labels continue to appear and print as a single label in landscape.

How can I default so I can use my my Dynamo 4XL feed label printer

Have you tried making that printer your system default printer ?

You can try setting your label printer as your default printer, if that's what you use most often. Otherwise, I would highly recommend that you first save the label as a PDF, and then printing out your label that way.

The other replies are not correct [defaulting the printer, etc...]. After figuring that out, I located the correct reply:

go to:

Account Settings > Shipping Preference > Shipping Carrier > Change Printer Type > Pick a printer that makes 4x6 labels, even if it is not your printer's brand
