paypal credit minimum due

I am just using PayPal credit for the first time.

I was of impression that i have to pay the credit in 4 months time. 

I took a credit sometime around a month time . so was not expecting that i would need to pay anything before that!

i didn't login to the account for sometime.
On my recent login I noticed a message , that i should have paid minimum due of £5 on 28th last month but i saw it after the date was past.
Will i be levied penalty or fine ?

I do not want my credit history to be affected. Will customer care be able to help on this ?

Also i want to know, what money i have to pay & when ? How can i find out ?
