paypal app crashes on signing in

Hi, paypal app crashes on both of my mobiles as soon as i log in, started last night and ongoing today.H ave tried everything but nothing works

I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks using our mobile app. Have you tried uninstalling the app, checking your phone for any software updates, then trying to reinstall the app again? Hi,yes done all that,still crashes on log in. Fed up with it now,using through browser. App has worked for over 2 years, then suddenly stops. No one seems to have a clue as to why. Regards B.Mahoney

I continue to have the same issue.  Deleting, reinstalling, restarting...nothing works.

I enter user name and password and then app crashes.

Oddly, if I enter the incorrect password I'm prompted that the PW is incorrect.

I understand your concern about not able to access your account through mobile app. As you've already tried the troubleshooting steps, I would recommend you to contact the PayPal Support team to get this checked further.
