paypal activity list of customer purchases, I cant see a print shipping label option

To start using PayPal Shipping:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Find the relevant transaction and click Print shipping label.
3. Choose a shipping carrier and click Continue.

When I go to my activity page to print a shipping label, the print postage label option is not there. 

I have just set up a new website to sell my products through "Fasthosts" and a "Wordpress" website.

I still have my old website running which was set up 14 years ago by a freind who is no longer with us and we dont have access to it.

Both new and old websites are linked to Paypal and we are receiving payments to my Paypal account from our clients OK.

It is just that the payments from our old website show on the Paypal activity menu with a "Print Postage Label" option and the new website orders do not have this option.

I dont know if this a Paypal issue or my website (Fasthosts) problem glitch.

I have contacted both but have not had an answer.

Can anyone help please.
