i made a purchace on the website overclockers with pay in 3 and on my paypal it is sitting on pending and needs Authorisation i contacted overclockers and they have no record of any transaction and i was wondering if paypal is talking a while doing things or if its suck i dont know much because its the first time using pay in 3
