I got the promotion saying referring a friend to receive $10. I followed the steps and sent 1 cent to a friend who didn’t have Paypal. My friend signup Paypal and spend $33 more after receiving my 1 cent. However, It has been more than 2 weeks, neither of us have received the $10. Please help how to solve this issue?
