micropayments in some regoins

Hi. I sent a request to connect micropayments to my business account. But I didn’t get them hooked up (and I didn’t get an obstruction notice). In the support chat I was told that my region could not be connected to micropayments. Where can I see the list of regions where micropayments cannot be connected?

There is no list, and its not available in your country.
