Thank you for posting in the PayPal Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with requesting money from others using your account. Here's the current steps for requesting money using a Business account.
Business
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Pay & Get Paid at the top of the page.
- Under 'Accept Payments', click Request money.
- Enter the person's email or mobile number, then click Next.
- Enter the amount, select the currency and click Request Now.
