Depends which country you are sending it to.
However IF its a country that can received Paypal payments then you send in the same way.
Just be aware which currency they need paying in, your best bet is to ask them to send you a money request or invoice fully describing what you are paying for and then you can just click to pay and before you submit payment it will tell you how much in your currency will be debited from your linked funding source.
