When making postage, you cannot edit a Hong Kong address or add a phone number, you will get an add zip code error. But there is no place to add the zip code! Paypal, Please fix this. Thankyou
Hong Kong does not use zip codes. This error message should not be coming up. The workaround seems to be make the country China, and choose the Province of Hong Kong. The problem I am finding out is that the post office is sending these shipments to China directly, and they seem to go missing as a result. The post office website specifically says not to use China as the country for Hong Kong. So additionally, Paypal should remove Hong Kong from province listing for China. For postal purposes, it is not yet a Province.
