create invoice problem

when I try to create an invoice it says try again but doesn't work. I can log in and check other things without a problem

I have the same issue.  I only get a message:

Something's not right
Let's get you back on track.
 
But the "Try again" button does nothing.  This needs to be fixed ASAP, I have invoices to send out!  It's the end of the month.

totally agree, proud to know I'm not the only one hopefull they will get it fixed. find out anything lt me know ~ Thanks

I am having the same issues for the last several hours. I was able to call customer service and they stated that the IT team is working on the issue. However, there was no ETA as to when this would be resolved. Hard when it's end of the month and the customers are expecting their invoices.  I really hope that when we get up in the morning this is resolved. The customer service rep I spoke with she stated that she would tag me in the customer concern area that I was having the same issue with invoicing.
