accidentally used pay in 4 & debit card, charged twicd

Basically I bought clothes off aliexpress and used pay in 4 out of curiosity. Then I used my normal payment method. I payed $89 for it and an additional $20 from the pay in 4 thing. How do I get my 20$ back?

Sorry to hear of the confusion with Pay in 4. 

When a buyer selects to use Pay in 4, they have to choose how they will pay the installment payments. It sounds like you selected to use your usual payment method as the option to pay the Pay in 4 installments. The Pay in 4 transaction will reflect on your PayPal account as the full transaction amount, but you will not be charged the full amount upfront. You will be charged the agreed upon amounts, on the scheduled dates.
