We use Zettle and there was an option to maintain a minimum balance that would never transfer to paypal for refunds. The settings tab still has that language under the heading, but when you click the option is gone. Any ideas? Under General in Settings it says: Change your minimum account balance and customer settings.
Hi. Did you ever get this resolved? I was on the phone with them just now and they said the feature was being removed. I had a $100 minimum balance setup and had ZERO option to transfer to my Paypal balance or bank account. The guy I was speaking with claimed that there was no $100. He also mentioned he had a minimum balance on his account also but could not tell me what happened to it when this so-called update happened. Use another payment processor at this point. Paypal is not playing fair.
