I did a test donation from my website - where I donated $10 via paypal. 

Why did only $9.31 visible in my non-profit account.

My TIN and non profit status has already been verified.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

I do understand your concern with this. It sounds like you may not have requested to receive PayPal's discounted charity rate. 

PayPal offers discounted transaction fees for registered organizations on most PayPal products. For your organization to qualify, 

PayPal must confirm your charity status and you must provide:

• Your charity’s EIN number or documentation of its 501(c)(3) status.
• A copy of your bank statement or voided check for each bank account linked to your PayPal account.

Apply for the discounted charity rate at paypal.com/charities.

Note that discounted charity pricing will not apply to your account until you have received an email from PayPal confirming your charity status.

Thanks but we did all of that months ago and have the confirmation. Waiting Paypal to get back to me to ensure the account is set up right.
