I paid off my PayPal Working Capitol loan August of this year 2023. I received an offer from PayPal working capitol to be put on a hardship payment plan for my working capitol loan around the time COVID was still hanging around, in which I agreed to the program and started to pay $51 a month, at that time it really was a hardship for me. In August 2023 I called PayPal to get off the hardship loan because now I could afford to pay off my loan and carry on without any help from the program, I was finally financially stable. I was told they cannot take me off which was fine because I'm paying off the balance and that should make the "active" status of the hardship loan go away, well NOPE! It is now November 2023, the hardship loan button is still there and still says active and seems to be preventing me from getting another working capitol loan. It still says I have 33 months of $51 dollars to go with a balance of 1,685.00. Not true because EVERYTHING is paid off. At this point I'm LIVID because I've been calling to get this removed from my account and I've called every 3 weeks since August 2023, I'm being told the same thing over, and, over, and over and over. "We're escalating this to the supervisors and give us 24 - 48 hours, look out for an email and a phone call from us". Never not once have I received an email or a call to resolve this issue!
