Does anyone know if there is a date for working capital to accept zettle payments as meeting the criteria? I have had 6, always paying off early and just had my busiest year, but being declined 😭

Annalise. It's both frustrating and annoying as I was given every other reason, when phoned customer services. A 5 days after final payment B. 72 hours after the clearance of the 5 days. C. Because I used a bank transfer It really is disappointing and poor from PAYPAL

It is a disgrace that PayPal has still not resolved this issue. We were forced to change from PayPal here to I ZETTLE and at no time were we informed that these transactions would NOT be counted in regards to any new WC application. OK it's somewhere in T&C's but I was verbally assured that it would NOT affect my business operations. PAYPAL need to get there act together as I am considering alternative arrangements. 😡

I waited for over 2 years after they said I had to start using Zettle, 18 years with PayPal and now I’ve moved to square as given up on PayPals customer service team keep saying it will happen soon , oh we have a meeting and will know a date soon. I wish they had just give an honest answer 2 years ago and I would have switched to another provider a lot sooner
