Woring capital issue with zettle

Just wondering if anyone has had any sucess in finding out if paypal and Zettle have figured out how to play together.  Ive been a Paypal customer for almost 20 yers and this mess blows my mind.  I have not been given a straight answer yet.  Why would you force us to take on a program that is not fully incorporated. I had multiple WC loans all paid out in timly fashion, and now nothing ive done to build a good standing with the company means anythign.   I have used Paypal Here for several years and now to find out those sale mean nothing and the Zettle sales mean even less is, to say the least, very upsetting. I have done almost all my card sales on Here  and Now Zettle.  According to my insights I have meet the required $$ but because of this mess, none of it counts.  I am beyond livid with thei situation and the shoddy way things have been handled. I am looking elsewhare for servicces.

I took have been terribly frustrated by this entire process. As a paypal user since 2001 with many WC loans over the years I had come to know what to expect. With a credit line exceeding 100k, I could sign deals and close within days. PayPal pushed us all towards zettle without telling us the consequences. I have even lost money months ago because I put money down and signed a contract expecting my WC process to be the same as always, and all of a sudden it wasn't an option. No one could tell me why. To this day, no one has any answers. I was told to open new accounts, but I wouldn't have my history attached....this has been a horrible deal for all of us. I should have changed over to a different processor a while ago. Definitely lost faith in paypal. Im just waiting on the class action suit at this point. I'll be sure to jump into that.

The worst thing is that they knew about this issue long before they began to offer Zettle to their customers. In fact, they have known about this issue for close to 2 years now and have yet to fix it or even commit to a date when it will be fixed.

If you haven't noticed none of their tech support people bothered to reply to this thread and a majority of the ones on here. When they did, they suggested switching back to PayPal Here or using the virtual terminal and manually entering every credit card transaction. Then reapplying in 6 months.

I'm guessing that either PPWC is not a big profit maker for PP or they are phasing it out altogether. The sad thing is that there was already a Zettle Capital Loan program built into their system when PP bought them. Of course, PP killed it and hasn't replaced it at all. I really wonder if anyone is getting new loans and if there are many outstanding loans left?
