Withdrawing money from PayPal credit

I paid off my whole balance on my PayPal credit. Before I returned a parcel. So my balance was £0.00. I then received a refund but now am -£118. How do I get this money back. And why is it in minuses when I had paid for it but the money had be refunded but I do not have the refund.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I can certainly understand wanting to get your credit back from your PayPal Credit account. Normally, the funds would move back to your PayPal account balance within 5-7 business days. However, I would still recommend reaching out to PayPal Credit Customer Support with any questions on that process.
