Why is the business credit card application page down?

Hello,

I am wondering why the business credit card page has been down for so long? It has been at least a few weeks.

https://www.paypal.com/us/business/financial-services/credit-card

When you click "Apply Now", you'll be taken to a page that says "The page you're looking for seems to be down."

Are others experiencing this?

Is there another way to apply?

I am sorry to hear that you're not able to apply for PayPal Business Credit Card. The minimum eligibility requirements to apply PayPal business credit card is to have a PayPal Business account with one year in business and annual revenue of $5,000 or more. I suggest you to try clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser/device to see if this works. If the issue persists, please reach out to PayPal support team to look into this further.

Please try accessing the page yourself, and tell me if it is available for you. I meet the requirements. I have tried having others on different computers apply, but they receive the same error.

Unfortunately, I am experiencing the same for months now. I have called twice and nothing has been done. I messaged support, who directed me to call to apply over the phone, who directed me to wait for the site to be repaired because they do not, in fact, take applications over the phone contrary to what the chat agent told me. They told me to check back "next week" and it should be running... that was two weeks ago.

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to apply for the PayPal Business Credit Card. I have found a few similar reports, and it looks like our technical support teams are currently collecting examples. When you have a few moments, please reach out to our Customer Support teams so they can collect your specific information and add it to the record. If you were already advised it has been added, there's no need to reach out again.

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a timeframe for this to be resolved, but I hope to hear it's resolved soon.

So, this site has been down for a few years now! Did I miss any press release stating they no longer offered this product? This is concerning when a billion-dollar company website is down for years, and no real answers are being given.
