Why is adding a Chase Credit Card as a bill in the Pay Bills Feature is not working?

I can add every other credit card just fine as a bill in Pay Bills as a new bill. Why can't I add any Chase Credit Cards?

It gives a 'check your information and try again error' for all 3 cards, across multiple browsers and multiple Operating Systems including android, ios, desktop browsers, etc.

I was having the same problem, anout a year ago. Then... suddenly... it started working. Gremlins?
