Why am I being charged interest on PayPal credit?

I’m making my minimum payment every month which is roughly around £50-£60 month, I pay it before the deadline every month. But I keep getting charged interest, my statement for august has shown an interest charge of £31. Anyone know why?

You pay interest on loans regardless of paying the minimum amount !!
