Where can I find my merchant ID? I checked everywhere...

I have checked here paypal.com/myaccount/profile/ under account options, but it is not there.

Click on settings (cog next to log out) > and its on the left side of that page under account options.

Strange, its on my personal account I just checked.

Also on your countries website I found this.

Think you may have to contact customer services on this one to ask why and if you get an answer update us on here?

Thank you for your help. I was trying to contact customer support, but all I get is the chatbot, and agents are never available.e.

I received a reply from support. It seems the Merchant ID is only available on accounts that were created from 2018. Since mine was created in 2013, I don't have it. I would need to update to a business account to receive the Merchant ID.
