Hi Marie5683 ! I don’t think PayPal credit can be used for bill pay. It’s a credit line that is attached to your PayPal account so you can only use it when making purchases somewhere that has PayPal credit as an option when checking out. Since there is no actual card with the line of credit I believe only your saved payment methods on your PayPal account can be used for bill pay such as your debit & credit cards and bank accounts.
