Hi! My name is Dennis and I am a Ghanaian. I am currently looking for international crowdfunding/fundraising platforms that permit donations from abroad to support a brother and friend diagnosed with brain cancer in Ghana. Gogetfunding and FundRazr were two options I intended to explore but soon discovered to my displeasure that PayPal blacklisted Ghana years ago. What will it take for Ghana to come on PayPal's whitelist? Not having PayPal makes online transactions very difficult.
Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer. There are quite a few countries unable to use Paypal.
