I am a freelance graphic designer, I provide my services to the clients outside the country and use paypal to get paid, All work details and files are discussed and transferred outside the Paypal in chats or emails. So what should be the procedures or some safety tips that I can use to remain safe from the chargebacks or refunds if claimed by the clients? Please help
