Processing an order using a customer credit card. When I fill in the virtual terminal page, message reads: "We cannot process your order at this time. Please try again later." I do and receive the same message. Last week it registered is come back 'Pending' then today there was no record of the request for payment.

I do understand your concern with this. There may be an issue with the customers card. I would suggest you contact the customer to ensure everything is ok with their card.
If you experience the same error with a different customer/card, please contact our customer support. This can be done by clicking here.
