When I try to buy Valoront Points in the game Valorant, with the PayPal option pay in 30 days, it keeps loading endlessly. I tried waiting for over 1h and it just won't proceed. 
This issue occurred already 1 year ago and then it disappeared from alone after some months. Now The issue is back again. Riot back then couldn't fix the issue.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues using Pay in 30 for a recent transaction. I would first recommend trying to clear your browser's cache and cookies or attempt the purchase through another browser. If you're still running into issues after that, you may want to try another funding source through PayPal as Pay in 30 may not be available for every transaction or merchant through PayPal. If the transaction is still not able to be completed from there, you may want to try some of the steps listed here: Why was my payment declined?

I can not change the browser because it is in a game! Hence, I can not change the browser either. It's not a “not available for every transaction” issue either, since it used to always work and it gives me the option to chose it. The issue is I can choose the option, but it won't load as described before.
