Used pay-in-3, payment was cancelled by vendor, got charged twice.

I bought something from Halfords using pay-in-3 but Halfords cancelled my payment because I didn't make it in time. Despite this, the payment had already gone through and been taken out of my account. On top of this, it took twice the amount. (i.e the cost was £97 and my bank statement shows that it has taken £97 twice?)

I'm sorry to hear about the duplicate payment and the payment cancellation. I would recommend opening a billing dispute on the payment that was not yet refunded. If you have any issues with that, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
