I recently went through PayPal to purchase an item, and decided that I wanted to try out the Pay-in-4 option; However, I did not finalize my order for said item after applying (and being approved) for the plan. The money was still taken out of my bank account though despite not putting the order through. Will the lost money be refunded back to my bank or would I have to contact support to get this issue resolved?
