Under ‘activity’ I sometimes have an option to print shipping label but sometimes it’s missing?

Why do I sometimes NOT have the “print shipping label” option under activity?

Thank you for your post and welcome back to the community!

If a payment is a Goods and Services payment and is for a tangible item and the sender provided a shipping address, a label option should be available. If all of those things are properly completed and there is no label option, please contact customer service to allow a representative to look into the specifics and troubleshoot if needed. You can find your contact options if you click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
