Unable to redeem Honey Gold Points

Is anyone else having the same problem in trying to redeem they're Honey Gold Points for a Gift Card ? Also no response from emails sent. very poor for a PayPal owned company.

that email is useless it never replies, the chat is also fake. At this stage i think you have to write off any chance of redeeming honey gold. Paypal, typically, don't care to put the effort in to solve what is a long standing issue.

I think we should do this, We should all rally together and take not only Honey to court but also PayPal by association and knowingly let this breech of contract happen.

I have copied in some users with Paypal user ID, if one of you could raise this as a customer complaint, that would be great.

 

The Paypal Honey team are ignoring your customers, not responding to emails, and not responding to Chat.

 

I have had same experience as @Tazm786 ,I have  tried to redeem Paypal Honey Gold for a Gift Card over 6 times, every time it fails.

I have emailed Honey Support multiple times over the last 12 months, I receive an auto-acknowledgment, but never receive a real reply.

I have opened multiple Chat windows, I am told that I am connected to someone from Honey (today it was Blake) but never receive a reply.

 

Why would Paypal associate themselves with such a terrible product and with a company that ignores customers ?

I have spoken to PayPal Customer Care and they have said that they are unable to help with PayPal Honey issues. No reply from PayPal Honey customer care for over 12 months despite multiple attempts to email and web chat.

I am having the same problem, I have tried to numerous times to redeem with no luck, sent emails, used chat, NOTHING.  I have even tried to contact on X/Twitter and whilst they seem receptive will only speak with me if I am verified.  This is getting extremely frustrating.
