Hey community/Paypal!
I'm just interested, and perhaps someone can answer my questions since I've been using PayPal as a payment account from several sites, and I've been attempting to claim the "don't miss out! Your chance to claim a US$10 reward is expiring on 30 September 2022."
Which I have not yet claimed. But if the second reason is being ineligible, I'm not sure why, because I know a number of individuals who haven't used PayPal in decades and are still able to claim.
Basically, the quick version is. Why?
