URGENT MESSAGE!!! Credit on my paypal account is for paying off my Promtional purchases on Ebay.

I paid over the payoff on my paypal account to pay off my Promotional sales with items I purchase on Ebay a few months ago.  I was told I need to call in when I do that but I have not been able to get a hold of anyone.  Can you please apply the credit on my paypal account to pay off those Promotional purchases I made.  Tomorrow they will start occurring interest on them.
