I signed up for eBay Feb 8. I signed up for PayPal & PayPal Credit Application. At least I thought I did. I filled in my Name, Address, & last 4 numbers of SS#. DENIED! I talked to several agents who were sorry. They said the form should have asked for my full SS#. I've never been able to get an application that asks normal financial questions. I talked to 10 agents today. They forwarded me to people at bank that would send me a paper application. I have great credit, I pay my bills. Yet just my name & address is enough to not let me pay over a few months. I think something is technically wrong. I just want to fill in a dang form, & no one in PayPal or Synchrony Bank will help. There has to be one person with whom this knowledge resides.
