Trouble adding UPS as a carrier in PayPal.

I'm having trouble adding UPS as a shipping carrier in Paypal. How do I do this? Does account need to be a Seller Account or will Personal work? The steps listed in PayPal help are not working. USPS has never been a problem, but some packages I ship are too big to be cost effective for USPS. so looking to add UPS as a carrier hoping it will be cheaper through PayPal as compared to retail prices at UPS or Staples UPS. Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues adding UPS as a shipping method on your account. You should have the option to use it on a Personal and Business account. Can you provide a bit more information into the error you're receiving when you try to add UPS as a shipping option? Also, I know this seems like a simple thing, but don't forget to clear your browser's cache, cookies, and history to see if that clears up the issue.
