I used PayPal to purchase tickets on ticketmaster. However, when I tried to use the pay in four option, PayPal charged me for the full amount. Ticketmaster does not do refunds. I tried to contact PayPal and see if they would change it to pay in four but the automated system was no help and when I called I was referred to use the automated online service. So I canceled the pending payment but ticketmaster is still showing that I have purchased the tickets. Will I get my money back and will the tickets be canceled?
