Technical issue "Ship to Address" window freezes open over the shipping label page, can't print

I use this shortcut when I want to print labels:

Lately when I enter all the ship to information and hit enter, the window stays open while the page beneath populates with the information. I cannot print the label because the window is stuck open.

I have been starting over sometimes 3 times before that dang window finally closes. It doesn't happen every time.

It's SO FRUSTRATING. Is anyone else experiencing this? Do you know a fix or way to close the window?

Sorry to hear of the trouble printing shipping labels. 

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? I'd also recommend using a different browser.
