Target immediately cancelled my order but my PayPal was still charged

I was approved to use PayPal pay in 4 on target.com but after I submitted the order it was immediately cancelled by target. My PayPal account was still charged for the purchase.

Look at the transaction’s details in PayPal..if it is a pending authorization, it will eventually expire and drop off releasing the hold on the funds.
