Today, I received a cell call from a 877 number. And a woman who identified herself as Trisch stated she was from Paypal and wanted to verify a transaction I made the day before. Coincidentally I did. I gave no information and only asked for call back number which was an 888-number that I never called. But instead I have been trying to get a live agent from PayPal all day today to no avail. Uncertain what to do but this highlighted the limited support from Paypal and made me think about is PayPal worth it as opposed to using a credit card that does have support for questions.
