Has anyone actually been able to contact someone from PayPal? I find their interface and user ergonomics absolutely baffling to the extent that I'm beginning to believe that they have created on purpose this system that is so confusing and utterly unhelpful. It is scandalous that a payement that has been made to me has been suspended and that the procedure to resolve this is deliberately unclear. I am outraged! To think that PayPal has taken this money (already debited from my client) and is sitting somewhere making money for PayPal whilst I have to figure things out blindly.
Please, if anyone has a contact, could you share it with me and the community. If there is someone out there from PayPal, and who actually cares about their clients, then please would you have the respect and kindness to help me?
