I have exactly the same problem creating and sending invoice to a company (using company email), but I was able to create and send an invoice to an individual. Please help.

Thank you all for your posts. I'm glad you're here in the Community, but I'm very sorry that what brought you was frustration with your inability to create an invoice.
Please try first clearing the cookies and cache in your browsers, and attempting invoice creation again. If the problem persists after that, please reach out to Customer Service for further troubleshooting. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
I hope that the cookies and cache reset solves the problem for the fastest resolution!

Sorry, I tried your recommendation - removing all Cookies and Cache. Didn't work. Do you have other solution we can try? Please help us.

Contacting customer support is very slow and almost no answer , just sending things nothing related to problem

I accidentally invoiced a customer for the wrong item. Paypal is not allowing me to edit it. I keep getting the same error message: "Sorry, we couldn't update your invoice. Please contact our customer service team for any queries." This seems like it would be a simple fix.

I'm not encouraged that this has been going on since February. I have a customer who's only means of payment was paypal. I set up a business account, tried for HOURS to send an invoice and got the error message "Sorry, we couldn't create your invoice. Please contact our customer service team for any queries." She eventually was kind enough to just send me the money through paypal without an invoice, but it's going to wreak havoc on my books if it doesn't get fixed...
