Hello everyone I need help, I recently made this paypal account it is my first time signing up for paypal and when I made the account it said to claim a $5 dollar sign up reward I claim it and everything but I haven't received anything in my account. Does anyone know what to do because I am new and lost. I would appreciate the help,thank you !
