Shipping Label image doesn't load

When I click "Print Label" for ups, the new tab opens but the label image doesn't load. I tried chrome and microsoft edge. Both didn't work. Anyone else has this problem? How can I fix it?

I’ve been having the same issue and it’s frustrating since I told my customer I would ship out today. But all PayPal has told me is that it’s a current bug in the system and they’re working on it. It’s not just you.

Same here.  Everytime I try I end up voiding the label.  Have to use another site to print a label and it is super time consuming.

Three cancellations here.  Came out of my paypal balance.  One rep said I'd get the $ in seven days.  They transferred me.  The next agent said 30 days!

All the while they were clueless that there was a problem.

Has anyone found a work-around to print the labels?
