ShipStation UPS Adjustments - Recurring Overcharges

Starting in April 2024, we've seen nearly 100 erroneous UPS adjustments (charges) posted by ShipStation to our PayPal account. For every adjustment we get an email from PayPal with the subject line "A carrier adjusted your shipping label".
When we open each corresponding Adjustment page in the PayPal Shipping Center, the details always show a bogus Not a Number ("NaN") indication (per the screen shot below), suggesting there's a bug in the PayPal / Shipstation integration that causes these excess adjustments (charges).
So far we've received unhelpful replies from ShipStation first-tier tech support, who seem unwilling to escalate this issue - and insist that we submit a "Dispute Adjustment Form" - requiring photographic evidence that does not exist - for every one of these erroneous charges.
- Has anyone else had this issue?
- If so, how was it resolved?
Thanks in advance.
