Hi thanks for taking your time yes I found that as well prior to posting my question I've done everything that says on the list then I go to PayPal and I see absolutely no option for any type of Swagbucks or transfer or anything

Thanks for your reply @Chelz2. Apologies for any confusion. The redemption would not be initiated from PayPal's end, but from Swagbuck's. Once your PayPal account is setup to receive (meaning after everything is completed in that article), please follow the steps on Swagbuck's site to start redeeming points to PayPal. I wasn't able to confirm how to begin the process from their end, but I was able to find this link to Submit a request for help on their site.
