Royal Mail will no longer be available for shipping label purchases

Hi I think it's absolute madness that paypal seem to have removed the facility to buy parcelforce and royalmail postage labels, this is a service that was available for the past 20 years or something like that and all of a sudden it's gone. paypal staff when asked on the phone have no idea about this and on paypal's website it says about other options yet there are no other options that I can find. how can I continue to buy parcelforce postage labels through paypal for orders that have not been paid for with paypal like I have done quite a lot in the past thanks
