I haven't been able to figure out how to create a return shipping label for something I sent a customer and they don't want. I do have a work-around though: I list my name and address as being at the customers address (like a branch office) and have my actual address as the recipient. If anyone's reading, please direct me to info on how to do this the proper way - Thanks🤓
