Is it the responsibility of PayPal employee to stop/cancel the transaction when I found something wrong in the middle of the transaction. After I realized the email that I sent a gift card to was hacked, I called PayPal immediately. On the call, I was told that I should wait 24 hours to get an email about my transaction. After these 24 hours, I would have to call them back after receiving the email and, if I did, they would re-direct the gift card back to me. But the gift card was delivered 2 hours after my call was made. In this case they had 2 hours to stop the processing, but they did nothing and let the gift card be delivered to the hacked email. Can I ask them for the remedy of my lost?
